 Rating: - Great product, but could definitely be improved.I know the Kindle has many reviews already, but maybe somebody considering the purchase will find this review helpful. I have had the Kindle DX for about 3 weeks now and definitely do not regret the purchase. Pros: 1) The screen is easy to read and the larger size means less page turning with books, and less scrolling with PDF's and newspapers. People with poor eyesight need the following in order to facilitate or just use the kindle. 1. Larger font size options 2. Have menus display in larger fonts 3. have text to speech be able to read menus , article headlines and titles, and help in selecting them. Rating: - Kindle DXI selected the DX after a lot of investigation into all of the available e-readers. The Kindle DX has a much greater contrast! Even in bright sunlight I am now able to read any text.(not so with the first one) The page seize is larger so there is less 'turning of pages.'
